高校青年教师教学能力提升的分类管理研究

Category Management Research on Enhance the Teaching Ability of Young College Teachers

基于教师职业成熟度对高校青年教师进行分类,将高校青年教师分为三种类型,新手(A型)、胜任(B型)、专家(C型)。通过理论归纳和调查问卷分析,对三种类型教师的教学能力进行了有效的评价,根据评价结果,对不同类型采取不同的教学管理措施,有效提升和管理高校青年教师的教学能力,是对高校青年教师这一群体如何从"粗放式"管理向"精细化"管理的有益探索。

Based on teachers＇ career maturity, young college teachers will be divided into three types, that is, novice （ A type）, competent （ B type）, expert （ C type）. Through theoretical induction and questionnaire analysis, the three types of teaching ability have an effective evaluation. Based on the evaluation results, different teaching management measures are taken to effectively enhance and manage the young college teachers＇ teaching ability. It is useful exploration about how ＂ extensive＂ management to ＂ refined＂ management for the group of young college teachers.
