摘要
AHP,即层次分析法方法(Analytic Hierarchy Process)是美国著名运筹学家T.L.Sexy教授提出的一种解决多准则问题的方法。运用这一方法,从四个维度,即:育人与改革、指导与服务、机制与保障以及特色与创新构建了贵州高校就业工作系统评估模型。该模型可以帮助高校就业工作者了解就业工作系统的层次结构和发展目标,并明确定位,确立发展和努力的方向。应用该模型对贵州高校的就业工作系统进行了多次测量和验证,表明该模型是最佳实践模型。
AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) was a method proposed by the famous American opera- tions researcher, T.L. Sexy, to solve the problem of multi - standard. Based on his model, a new evalu- ation model is proposed in four dimensions of talent foster and reformation, guidance and service, mecha- nism and guarantee and feature and innovation, used for the evaluation in the employment obtaining working system for the institutions of higher learning in Guizhou. This model can be used for the employ- ment obtainers of these institutions to understand the hiberarchy and developing objectives in the employ- ment obtaining system, definitude orientation, establish development and effort direction. The model has been used several times over to measure and verify the employment obtaining system in the institutions of higher learning in Guizhou and the results show that it is the best working model.
