体外酶解法评估不同添加量的不同种甘露聚糖酶对棕榈粕的降解效果

摘要 本文主要利用建立体外动物胃肠道消化模型,通过向定量的棕榈粕中添加不同剂量的几种甘露聚糖酶,来评估甘露聚糖酶对棕榈粕中的甘露聚糖降解效果。体外法酶解试验存在较大的误差,本试验根据前期大量的重复试验确定每次试验的重复次数为六次。不考虑本试验存在误差,可得出对棕榈粕降解效果最好是百富酶和德国公司MP,酸性甘露聚糖酶次之,而美国公司HD和甘露聚糖酶501几乎没有效果。 In this article, in vitro animal gastrointestinal digestion model was built to evalu- ate the degradation effect of different kinds of mannase on mannosan in palm meal. Different doses of mannase were added into certain amounts of palm meal. According to a large number of pre - experiments, each experiment repeated 6 times to reduce random errors. Experiment result shows that Baifu enzyme and MP from a German company have the best effect, then, Acidic mannase, Mannase 501 and HD from an American company almost have no effect.
