摘要
本文主要利用建立体外动物胃肠道消化模型,通过向定量的棕榈粕中添加不同剂量的几种甘露聚糖酶,来评估甘露聚糖酶对棕榈粕中的甘露聚糖降解效果。体外法酶解试验存在较大的误差,本试验根据前期大量的重复试验确定每次试验的重复次数为六次。不考虑本试验存在误差,可得出对棕榈粕降解效果最好是百富酶和德国公司MP,酸性甘露聚糖酶次之,而美国公司HD和甘露聚糖酶501几乎没有效果。
In this article, in vitro animal gastrointestinal digestion model was built to evalu- ate the degradation effect of different kinds of mannase on mannosan in palm meal. Different doses of mannase were added into certain amounts of palm meal. According to a large number of pre - experiments, each experiment repeated 6 times to reduce random errors. Experiment result shows that Baifu enzyme and MP from a German company have the best effect, then, Acidic mannase, Mannase 501 and HD from an American company almost have no effect.
