中草药饲料添加剂在水产养殖中的应用研究进展

Research Progress in the Utilization of Chinese Herbal Feed Additives in Aquaculture

随着我国水产养殖业的发展，中草药作为水产饲料添加剂日益受到国内外学者的广泛关注与高度重视。本文就中草药饲料添加剂在促进水产动物摄食、提高免疫、促进生长、防治疾病、抗应激以及改良肉品质方面的研究进展作一简要综述，以供参考。

With the development of aquaculture industry in China, using Chinese herbs as feed additives attracts attentions of many scholars. This article briefly summarizes the research progress in the utilization of Chinese herbal feed additives in promoting food intake, improving im- mune functions, promoting growth, disease prevention, anti - stress and improving carcass quality of aquatic livestock.
