加强辅导员胜任力模型研究,提升工作科学化水平

Improvement of College Counselors' Working Competency

高等教育要从十七大的"提高质量"到十八大注重"内涵式发展"。辅导员作为高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,对辅导员工作提出了更高的要求,但是高校辅导员工作在存在一些发展中的问题。该文借鉴管理学胜任力模型研究,基于辅导员工作的实际,凝练辅导员服务中存在的理念、思路、方式、措施、保障、发展等方面的问题,分析原因,并提出以科学发展的理念为前提、以科学发展观为指导、坚持统筹兼顾的科学方法、遵循学生思想活动规律为关键、以队伍及制度建设为保障的应对措施。

Higher education should pay more attention to intensive development. College counselors are important staff, and are supposed to improve the work. But there are some problems in the work. Based on the competency model of management theories and working reality, the paper summarized the counselors＇ problems in the concept, ideas, method, and development, analyzed possible causes, and put forward the precondition, guide and measures to improve the competency of college counselors.
