摘要
针对高扬程泵站压力管道在运行过程中普遍存在的振动问题,以甘肃景电工程一期二泵站的4#压力管道为研究对象,采用DASP(data acquisition&signal processing)软件对泵站的压力管道振动特性进行测试。用时域分析法辨识压力管道结构振动的模态参数,分析了不同工况下压力管道的振动状态,并用振型相关矩阵对其识别结果的可靠性进行了校验。实验结果表明:该方法不仅能方便快捷地获取管道振动的实时测试信号和振动特性图谱,其精度与可靠性也能满足压力管道振动机理分析的需求,于实际工程有广泛的应用及推广价值。
According to the common vibration problems of high pump station pressure pipe,take the 4# pressure pipe as the research object,DASP software is used to do the pumping pressure pipe vibration characteristics tests and time domain analysis method to identify its modal parameters under different conditions of pressure piping vibration state.The results showed that:this method can not only not only can obtain real-time test signal and vibration characteristics spectrum of pipeline vibration efficiently,but also acquire higher testing accuracy and efficiency for vibration mechanism analysis required,and has better promotion value in engineering practice.
