摘要
准确的模拟边界条件可以提高模态试验的精确度。自由边界条件的模拟主要采用弹性绳悬挂方法和海绵弹性支撑方法。采用多种悬挂方式与弹性支撑方式进行自由模态实验,将试验结果与有限元计算结果进行对比分析。分析结果表明,采用悬挂方式进行自由边界模拟要优于弹性支撑方式模拟。悬挂点数越少对于模态试验结果影响越小,试验结果越精确。
Accurately simulate boundary conditions can improve the accuracy of modal testing.Simulation of free boundary condition mainly adopts elastic rope hanging method and sponge elastic supporting method.Using a variety of hanging method and elastic supporting method conduct free modal experiment,compare test results with finite element calculation result were analyzed.Analysis results show that using hanging method conduct free modal experiment is better than simulation of elastic supporting method.The fewer suspension points,the smaller influences on modal test results,the test results are more accurate.
