红参的组分调配研究

摘要 目的建立通过批次红参药材中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1的组分调配达到组分最优化效果的方法。方法用高效液相色谱法测定各批次红参药材,用统计学方法计算特定条件下的预测含量,再测定经过组分调配的样品含量。结果组分调配的样品含量与经计算预测含量符合程度中,人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1含量相对偏差分别为1.88%、1.03%、0.72%。结论建立通过不同批次红参药材中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1的组分调配达到组分最优化效果的方法可行。 Objective To establish a method of optimizing the components-mixing in Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra through the determination and mixture of ginsenosides Rg1, Re, and Rb1 from different batches. Methods The three components in all batches of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra were determined by HPLC, the mixing ratios of all batches were calculated using statistical method according to certain predicted contents, and then the components contents of the mixed samples were determined. Results In the conformity comparison between the actual and predicted contents of components-mixing samples, the relative differences of ginsenosides Rg1, Re, and Rb1 contents were -1.88%, -1.03%, and 0.72%, correspondingly. Conclusion The method, established by components-mixing samples adjusting to optimize ginsenosides Rg1, Re, and Rb1 contents in the different batches of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra, is applicable.
