Analysis on cardiovascular adverse reactions induced by moxifloxacin in Changle Hospital

目的探讨莫西沙星致心血管不良反应的一般规律与特点。方法对长乐市医院2009年10月—2013年4月上报9例莫西沙星所致的心血管不良反应报告表的患者性别、年龄、用药原因、给药途径、临床表现及转归等进行统计分析。结果9例莫西沙星致心血管不良反应病例中,男、女患者分别占33.33%、66.67%,不良反应大多发生在用药1 d内,临床表现为阿–斯综合征1例、左心衰竭1例、心尖疼痛1例、心脏不适2例、心悸4例。结论常用剂量莫西沙星致心血管不良反应发生应及时处理,严密观察患者情况,并采取积极有效的对策,以免发生严重的后果。

Objective To discuss the general rules and characteristics of cardiovascular adverse reactions induced by moxifloxacin. Methods Nine cases of cardiovascular adverse reaction induced by moxifloxacin reporting from October 2009 to April 2013 in Changle Hospital were analyzed in gender, age, medication reasons, route of administration, clinical presentation and outcome. Results In nine cases of cardiovascular adverse reactions induced by moxifloxacin, it occurred in male and female patients accounted for 33.33% and 66.67%. Most adverse reactions happened within 1 d administration, and the clinical manifestations were as follows： one case of Adams-Stokes syndrome, one case of left heart failure, one case of the apical pain, two cases of cardiac discomfort, and four cases of palpitation. Conclusion The cardiovascular adverse reactions induced by moxifloxacin in usual dosage should be timely treated. The condition of the patients should be closely observed, and positive and effective measures should be taken to avoid serious consequences.
