摘要
植物环蛋白是一类富含二硫键,由28-37个氨基酸残基通过肽键首尾连接的大环蛋白分子。由于其独特的结构和广泛的生物活性,植物环蛋白已经成为一类在医药和农业等方面极有应用前景的物质。主要从堇菜属植物中植物环蛋白体内外的细胞毒性、溶血性、抗HIV等生物活性实验及其作用机制等方面,综述了堇菜属植物中植物环蛋白药理活性的研究进展,为今后该类成分的研究和开发提供参考。
Plant cyclotides are a family of plant-derived macrocyclic peptides enriched with two disulfide bonds, which are formed by 28-37 amino acid residues. For their unique structures and various bioactivities, plant cyclotides have been to be the most promising materials in the field of medicine and agriculture. This paper introduces the pharmacology of cyclotides' research history of plants in genus Viola L. Through the assay ofbioactivity and its mechanism of action, such as in vivo and in vitro cytotoxic, hemolytic, anti-HIV activities, providing the reference for the future research and development of plant cyclotides.
