摘要
通过对珍珠奶茶产品的配料、还有制作工艺的主要过程分析,从中找出为什么不能将液态的珍珠奶茶用工业化的方法批量生产,通过筛选出正确的原料,调整奶荼制作的工作手艺,争取标准化珍珠奶茶的制作工艺,让产品的标准不再无凭无据,变得有据可依,从而进行奶茶的工业化发展。
Through the ingredients of pearl milk tea products, and the main manufacturing process, process analysis, why can't find the liquid USES the method of industrialized mass production of pearl milk tea, through out the correct raw material, adjusting the milk tea making work craft, to standardize the making craft of pearl milk tea, let the product standard, there are no longer give get according to the can depend on, and thus for the milk tea industrialization.
