摘要
运用不确定性理论的评价指标进行交流接触器结构参数的优化设计。以CJ20—25型交流接触器为研究对象,采用正交试验法对9台组装试品的21个动态响应参数进行测试。首次将f uncert、f ave、f stdev三个不确定度指标用于系统参数分散性对系统整体动态性能影响的分析,并以此确定了系统参数的最优组合,可实现产品结构优化设计。最后给出的参数关联公式和结构参数中的主、次因素关系分析具有实际应用价值。
Some evaluated indexes of uncertainty theory are employed to optimize the structural parameters of AC contactor. Taking CJ20-25 AC eontactor as an example,9 assembled test products were measured in orthogonal test L9 (34) ,21 parameters were tested. To determine the optimal values of considered parameters three uncertainty indexes, funcert,fave,fstdev were firstly used to analyze the system characteristics and to determine the optimal structural parameters values. It is valuable in practices for primary and secondary factors referred.
