摘要
以甲醇-水为溶剂,过渡金属Y型分子筛为催化剂,L-赖氨酸为原料,合成昆布氨酸。探索甲基化过程中影响氨基酸转化率的因素;并对目标化合物进行红外光谱、核磁共振、元素分析等仪器表征。确定所制备的化合物与其目标产物结构式相符,目标产物产率为41%。
Methanol-water as solvent, transition metal Y-type zeolite as catalyst, L-lysine was synthesized laminin. Explore the methylation process factors, and the structure of the compound by IR, NMR and elemental analysis were characterized. The compound prepared determining the target product structure consistent with the desire product in a yield of 41%.
