摘要
提出运用小波滤波技术分析飞机蒙皮表面的波纹度。实现了从实际轮廓线相对于理论轮廓线的波动中提取出基本波动,并自动计算波纹度的波幅和斜率。选取了合适的小波函数,比较了不同小波的滤波结果,验证了方法的可行性。运用此方法分析了民用飞机蒙皮表面的波纹度。与传统方法对比表明,提出的方法分析结果准确、效率高。
An approach to analyzing skin surface waviness of civil aircraft based on wavelet filtering is presented. This approach not only abstracts the basic fluctuation from the deviation between actual and theoretical profile but also automatically calculate the amplitude and the slope. Acceptable wavelet functions have been selected. Consequences of various wavelet functions have been investigated. After verification, this approach has been employed in analyzing skin surface waviness of a commercial airplane. Contrasting with former manual method, this approach is of high degree of accuracy and great efficiency.
