摘要
利用干湿法回收技术,对废旧锌锰电池中的锰资源进行回收处理。将废旧电池中的黑色粉末先用水浸泡,过滤后焙烧,再用不同浓度的HCl经水浴加热来制取MnCl2。实验表明,当HCl的浓度为12 mol/L、固液比为1∶5、反应时间为1.5 h、水浴温度为90℃时,MnCl2的产率可达96%,其纯度可达98.9%。该干湿法回收技术操作简单,投入少,产率高,纯度高。
Through the technology of dry-wet recovery, manganese resource in the wasted Zn-Mn batteries can be recycled. The MnC12 was gained by soaking the black powder of the waste batteries in the water, filtering and then roasting, soaking and heating in different concentration of HCl finally. The results show that the yield of the MnCl2 can reach 96% when the concentration of HCl is 12 mol / L, the ratio of solid-liquid is 1:5, the reaction time is 1.5 h and the temperature of water bath is 90 ℃. The technology of dry-wet recovery has many advantages, such as, simple operation, less investment, high yield and purity.
