骨水泥强化椎弓根系统治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折25例

摘要 随着我国人口老龄化,骨质疏松的发病率增多,其临床并发症最多见的是骨质疏松性椎体骨折,其中最为棘手的是严重后凸畸形伴有神经及脊髓症状。由于骨质疏松的骨质不能为钉棒系统提供牢固的锚着点及骨支撑,当椎弓根螺钉术后负荷过大出现松动及拔钉,破坏内固定植入界面,导致内固定失败。本组采用骨水泥强化椎弓根系统内固定治疗,有效地将椎弓根螺钉固定强度提高,同时增加钉与骨界面间强度,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。
