摘要
目的:探讨MDCT后处理技术对足踝部骨折的诊断价值。方法:对32例急性足踝部骨折患者进行MDCT扫描,并多平面重组(MPR)、容积显示(VR)技术处理。观察骨质结构、肌腱及周围软组织。结果:单纯横轴位发现骨折26例(81.2%),MPR多平面调整显示全部骨折,显示率100%;VR直接显示32个骨折中的29个,显示率90.6%(29/32),结合去骨技术显示率100%;薄层MPR和VR观察足踝部肌腱,306条足踝部肌腱全部显示,显示率100%。单纯横轴位与MPR显示率比照,P<0.05,有统计学意义,与VR显示率比照,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论:MPR、VR技术可全面详尽显示骨折全貌、准确评价肌腱,优于单纯横轴位图像。能最大限度满足临床选择治疗方案,提高手术成功率。
Objective:To study the value of muhidetector computed tomography (MDCT) and three-dimensional reconstruction in diagnosing acute fractures of the ankle and foot.Methods:32 cases of acute ankle fracture were scanned with MDCT, The post-processing techniques included muhiplanar reformation(MPR) and volume rendering(VR).The I^mg, tendon,and the surrounding soft tissue were reviewed. Results:MPR showed all of the fractures(32 case),Rate of displaying was 100% .VR directly displayed 29 fractures(29/32), showing 90.6% ,combining bone elimination technique showed all os fractures. Conclusion:Preoperative MDCT scan with three-dimensional reconstruction can exactly display the ankle and foot fracture and classification,and the tendons,that was good for surgical plan.
