Analysis on the Conflict between University Management Rights and Students＇ Rights

随着法治建设的逐步推进,人们的权利意识逐步增强,高校管理权与学生权利的冲突越发尖锐,要解决这一问题,一方面需要国家相应法律法规的完善,另一方面,也需要高校在行使管理权时建立一种完善的解决校生冲突体系.

Along with the gradually establishment of the rule of law, people＇s awareness of their rights increase gradually, and the conflict between university management rights and the rights of students increases sharply. To solve this problem, on the one hand, our country need to improve the corresponding national laws and regulations. On the other hand, our colleges need to build a complete system of resolving conflict when we exercise management rights.
