就业是大学生大学学习生活的一个终点和总结,同时也是他们人生一个新的起点.本文主要阐述一些传统思想观对大学生就业的影响,大学生就业心态,部分学生对专业是否对口的纠结,及大学生就业的主要出路等.
Employment is an end of college students studying and living at university, and is also a new start in life. In this paper, it＇s introduced the effect of some traditional views of thought on college students＇ employment, including college stu- dents＇ employment psychology, part of the student entangled with the profession, and the main way of college students＇ em- ployment, etc.
