良性乳腺分叶状肿瘤1例的报道并文献复习

A Case Report and Review of Phyllodes Tumors of the Breast

目的探讨乳腺分叶状肿瘤的诊断治疗。方法分析现有病例临床资料并文献复习,总结乳腺分叶状肿瘤的诊断治疗。结果乳腺分叶状肿瘤术前可采取空芯针穿刺活检或术中快速冰冻病理来确定其良恶性;正确的手术方式是治疗乳腺分叶状肿瘤的主要手段。结论通过对乳腺分叶状肿瘤临床资料的认真分析,采取正确的治疗方式,可提高确诊率、减少复发。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the phyllodes tumor of the breast. Methods To analyze the case report and the reviews, the diagnosis and treatment of the phyllodes tumor of the breast would be summarized. Resu/ts The preoperative core needle biopsy or intraoperative frozen biopsy could distinguish the tumor characteristics; and the correct operation was the crucial way to treat the phyllodes tumor of the breast. Conclusion To analyze the clinical information of the phyllodes tumor of the breast, and to choose the correct treatment, the rate of diagnosis would be increased and the recurrence would be decreased.
