心电图诊断低钾血症的临床应用价值

The Clinical Value of ECG to Diagnose the Hypokalemia

目的探讨心电图对低钾血症的临床诊断价值。方法对32例低钾血症患者的心电图改变与血清钾浓度进行对照分析。结果心电图异常发生率与血钾浓度密切相关,且多数情况下心电图改变与血清钾浓度有一定规律性但并不绝对平行,不同程度的低血钾在心电图中有不同的特征性改变。结论心电图改变对低钾血症的反映比血清钾测定更准确、更有临床意义。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of hypokalemia with electrocardiogram. Me^ods Electrocardiogram （ECG） changes and serum potassium concentration of 32 cases with hypokalemia were comparatively analyzed. Result Incidence of abnormal ECG was closely related to the serum potassium concentration, and mostly ECG changes and serum potassium concentration had certain regularity but not absolutely parallel to each other. Varying degrees of hypokalemia had different characteristic changes in the electrocardiogram. Conclusions ECG changes of hypokalemia are more accurate and have more clinical significance than the determination of serum potassium concentration.
