摘要
目的探讨侧脑室内中枢神经细胞瘤(CN)的MRI征象,评价其对CN的诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析7例手术病理证实为侧脑室内CN的MRI表现特征。结果 7例肿瘤均位于侧脑室前部孟氏孔附近,肿块内部及边缘均可见多发小囊肿;其中5例肿瘤与侧脑室壁间可见索条状牵拉影("毛刺征"),4例肿瘤附着的侧脑室壁呈轻微起伏波浪样改变;此外,7例肿瘤内及边缘均可见流空血管影,出血少见。结论 MRI在CN诊断中具有重要的价值,对其MRI征象的充分认识,将有助于CN的术前明确诊断。
Objective To investigate the features and diagnostic value of M1ZI in the lateral intraventricular central neurocvtoma （CN）. Materials andmethods The MRI features ot 7 CNs confirnled by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 7 ttuuors were located in tile anterior of lateral ventricles arotmd the foramen of Monro. There were multiple small cysts within and at tile periphery the tumors. Strips inter^acing between the tumors and the lateral ventricle wall were detected in 5 tumors （＂spicular sign＂）. And 4 were found wave of the lateral ventricle wall where the tumor attached to. Besides, vascular signal void can been seen in all cases, but bleeding as rare. Conclusion MRI plays an important role in the diagnosis of CN. P,,ecognition of MFZI features of CN may contribute to a correct preoperative diagnosis.
