摘要 目的探讨三种胰胆管水成像技术优缺点及提高成像质量对策。方法利用1.5T磁共振对46例胆系疾病行常规T1WI、T2WI检查,分别加做TSE厚层单片扫描、HASTE薄层多片扫描及TSE_Rest 3D扫描三种MRCP检查,部分病例行增强扫描。结果 46例胆系疾病的病例,均由手术后病理和临床证实,其中结石34例,胆总管囊肿2例,胰头癌4例,炎症6例。比较三种MRCP诊断符合率没有显著差异。结论三种MRCP成像技术在胆系疾病诊断上并不存在很大差异性,在实际工作中根据情况,提出比较合适的成像方法,为临床更好地发现、诊断胆系疾病。 Objective to study the imaging technology advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of pancreatic and water and improve the imaging quality. Method using the 1.5 T magnetic resonance of 46 cases of biliary s,,,stem diseases undergoing routine T1WI, T2WI, respectively as TSE thick monolithic scanning, HASTE thin layer scanning and more TSE_Rest 3 d scan three MRCP exanfination, some cases line enhancement scanning. Results 46 cases of biliary system diseases, clinical confirmed by pathology after operation and, 34 cases ot calculi, common bile duct cyst 2 cases, 4 cases of pancreatic head carcinoma, 6 cases of inflanm^ation. Comparison of three kinds of MP, CP diagnosis coincidence rate did not differ significantly. Conclusion the three kinds ot MRCP imaging technolog in biliarv svstenl diseases diagnosis does not exist on the very big difference, depending on the situation in the actual work, put forward a more appropriate imaging method, for better clinical findings, diagnosis gallbladder disease.
