摘要 目的通过对医学影像学硕士研究生规范化的培训,来提高其演讲技能,以培养一批医疗、科研、教学兼备的青年医学影像人才。方法对我科室的在读及已毕业的硕士研究生进行为期三年的培训模式的探索,评价每一个阶段的培训效果及三年前后的对比。结果经过三年的培训,硕士研究生的演讲技能逐步提高,演讲质量考评分数逐年上升,从平均72.79分上升到85.68分。并多次在国内外大会中发言,取得优异成绩。结论经过新体系的系统培训,各硕士研究生在顺利完成科研任务的同时,又增加了教学能力的培养,使其医疗、科研及教学能力得到了同步提高。 Objective To improve our postgraduates' presentation skills, as well as culti- vate a batch of talents in medical treatment, scientific researching, teaching and medical imaging by standarization training. Measures Exploring for my department of the graduated students or the current master students of three-year training mode, evaluating the training effect in each stage, and the comparison to three years before and after. Results After three years' training, the master students has made progressed in presenting skills, gradually achieved higher scores in speech quality assessment year by year, which from 72.79 to 85.68. Furthermore, they made speech many times at home and abroad in Genera] Assembly, and achieved excellent results. ConcJusion After the training system of new system, each post- graduates can complete the tasks successfully.It increases their teaching abilities, together with their medical care, scientifical research and teaching capacity.
