农药暴露诱发的神经退行性疾病及其可能机制 被引量:3

摘要 半个多世纪来,工农业的现代化进程中农药的大规模使用带来了农作物的增产,为人类在预防及减轻蚊虫等农业害虫媒介的疾病传播中做出了巨大的贡献。然而,由于部分农药的难溶解性、生物蓄积性以及环境污染的全球性,使人类不同程度地暴露于农药的环境污染中。越来越多的流行病学调查数据表明,长期低剂量农药的环境暴露及职业暴露与一些神经功能障碍相关,包括记忆认知能力的下降以及运动功能障碍,并最终可能发展成为神经退行性疾病,如帕金森病(Parkinsondisease,PD)、阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimerdisease,AD)、肌萎缩性侧索坏死病等。因此,农药所致的神经退行性疾病成为环境卫生学领域的热点问题。本文旨在对相关研究现状及致病机制作一综述,为农药与神经退行性疾病的研究及疾病的治疗提供参考。
