胃食管反流是一种高发慢性疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量.胃食管反流病的发病机制研究较多,国内外根据中西医理论制定了各种临床治疗方案,本文对近几年胃食管反流病的发病机制研究和临床治疗进展进行综述.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） is a clinically common chronic disease which seri- ously lowers patient＇s quality of life. Despite many studies on GERD, there has been no consensus regarding its pathogenesis. Various treatments have been developed and used for clinical purposes based on the traditional Chi- nese and Western medicine theories. This paper summarizes the recent progress in understand- ing the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of GERD.
