超声诊断输卵管癌肉瘤1例 被引量：5

摘要 1病例简介 患者女，73岁，因体格检查发现右侧盆腔肿块入院。外阴检查：阴道通畅，黏膜稍充血；宫颈光滑，直径1cm，子宫前位，体积缩小：右侧附件处触及肿块，质硬，可活动。超声检查：子宫萎缩，内膜厚0.3cm；左侧卵巢萎缩，右侧卵巢未显示：右侧盆腔见囊实性肿块大小约6．0cm×3．0cm×2．7cm，囊内前壁肿块大小约2．5cm×2．1cm，边界清晰，形态不规则，彩色多普勒超声示蒂部较丰富的血流信号（图1A），脉冲多普勒频谱示动脉血流峰值流速28．96cm/s，阻力指数0．41，诊断：右卵巢肿瘤。行全子宫切除＋双侧附件切除术，术中见子宫萎缩、双侧卵巢及左侧附件萎缩，无粘连，右侧输卵管增粗呈腊肠型，
