钢管化学处理新工艺的开发

摘要 采用传统碱—酸工艺化学处理含铬耐蚀钢管要产生大量合氟和氮等元素的有害气体和废水,目前要彻底净化和处理还有一定困难。本文介绍的含铬耐蚀钢管铬酸化学处理工艺能使化学处理作业工序减少,减少环境污染,并使废水处理大大简化。 The conventional alkali-acid chemical-treatment of Cr-containing corrosion-resistant steel pipesresults in a large amount of F & N containing poisonous gases and waste water.At present,it isdifficult to entirely purify and treat the said gases and waste water.The chromic-acid treatmentprocess for Cr-containing corrosion-resistant steel pipe described in this article makes it possible toreduce chemical-treatment procedures,to bring about less environmental pollution and to greatly sim-plify the waste water treatment process.
