摘要 碳青霉烯类抗生素是一类抗菌活性强、抗菌谱广的非典型β-内酰胺类抗生素,对革兰阳性、阴性需氧菌和厌氧菌均有强大的抗菌作用。本文就碳青霉烯类药物的临床应用现状、存在的问题及研究方向等作一综述。 Carbapenems are a class of atypical [3-lactam antibiotics with high antibacterial activity and broad antibacterial spectrum, including Gram-positive and Gram-negative aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. This review focused on the clinical application status, existing problems and research direction of carbapenems.
