摘要
分析了小型轧管机组生产热轧厚壁无缝钢管存在的问题,介绍了在φ108mm 三辊轧管机上采用斜轧空心减径生产小口径厚壁无缝钢管的工艺。该工艺可避免厚壁管出现内方并减少切头和降低金属损耗,适用于毛管或荒管的空心减径和定径。
The existing problems regarding production of hot-rolled heavy-wall seamless steel pipes withsmall tube-rolling mill are analysed,and also described is the non-mandrel cross-rolling reducingprocess for small-sized heavy-wall seamless steel pipes with a φ108mm three-roll tube mill.The pro-cess makes it possible to eliminate undesirable internal-square profile of the pipe,reduce croppingamount and metal loss,being suitable for pierced-shell (or elongated-shell)non-mandrel reducing andtube non-mandrel sizing.
