摘要
利用热压缩试验研究了17-4PH钢在不同变形温度和变形速率下的曲线特征,并结合动态回复与动态再结晶理论探讨了曲线特征所反映的试样内部变化。借助数理统计法建立了一种包括应变、应变速率和温度在内的适合17-4PH钢高温塑性变形的应力-应变本构方程。
The constitutive equation of metal material thermoplastic deformation describes the dependency between flow stress and strain, strain rate and deformation temperature on hot working condition. The stress-strain curve characteristics of 17-4PH steel were investigated by thermal compression experiment under different deformation temperature and deformation rate. The sample inner changes which can reflect the curve characteristics were discussed using dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization theory. At the same time, with the aid of mathematical statistics method, a high temperature plastic deformation constitutive equation including strain, strain-rate and temperature, which can fit 17-4PH steel, was established.
