摘要
针对工业锅炉炉管面临的腐蚀问题,采用化学镀技术在其表面制备了不同磷含量的镍镀层,并通过扫描电镜、X-射线衍射仪以及电化学技术对镀层的形貌、结构和耐蚀性等进行了测试。结果表明,通过调整镀液的组成,可以制备出低磷、中磷和高磷含量的Ni-P合金镀层,且随镀层中磷含量的逐渐增加,镀层在锅炉水中表现出逐渐降低的自腐蚀电流密度,高磷镀层可作为腐蚀防护层在工业锅炉炉管表面使用。
Corrosion is one of problems for industrial boiler tube,and the corrosion resistance can be improved by Ni-P electroless coating with different P contents.The surface morphology,microstructure and corrosion resistance of Ni-P coating were measured using SEM,XRD and electrochemistry methods.The results show that the Ni-P coating containing low,middle and high content of P element can be prepared by adjusting the bath compositions,and the free corrosion current density of coating changes from high to low with the increase of P content,and the coating with high P content may be used as the protection measure for the industrial boiler tube.
