摘要
采用不同的退火和调质工艺对摊铺机叶片35CrMoVA进行热处理,并进行了退火组织、耐磨性、耐高温腐蚀性和抗热疲劳性测试与分析。结果表明,其热处理工艺方案优选为:先进行(890±10)℃保温5 h后空冷的退火处理,再进行(870±10)℃保温2 h再油冷至(350±10)℃保温30 min后空冷的淬火处理,最后进行(560±10)℃保温4 h后空冷的回火工艺。
35CrMoVA spreading machine blade was heat treated with different processes of annealing, quenching and tempering, and their microstructure after annealing, wearing resistance, high temperature corrosion resistance and thermal fatigue resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that the optimized heat treatment of 35CrMoVA spreading machine blade is that firstly annealing at (890± 10)℃ for 5 h followed air cooling, then quenching at (870± 10)℃ for 2 h followed oil cooling to (350±10)℃ for 30 min followed air cooling, lastly tempering at (560±10)℃ for 4 h followed oil cooling.
