摘要
采用正交实验与回归方程相结合的方法,研究了淬火温度和回火温度对M35钢回火后硬度的影响。根据实验要求对实验数据进行了因素因子分析,并对建立的硬度回归方程进行了验证。结果表明,淬火温度越高、回火温度越低,回火后硬度越大。最佳热处理渗工艺参数为,淬火温度1200℃,回火温度550℃。
The influence rule of quenching temperature and tempering temperature on the hardness of M35 alloying was researched by orthogonal regressive principle.According to the experimental requirements,factor analysis on these 2 factors and the regression equation of the hardness were validated.The results show that the higher quenching temperature is and the lower tempering temperature is,the higher hardness is.The optimum technical parameters are quenching temperature at 1200 ℃ and tempering temperature at 550 ℃.
