27SiMn钢热处理裂纹分析及亚温淬火工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对27SiMn钢在淬火过程中出现的热处理裂纹,通过对其进行化学成分分析、对热处理裂纹进行宏观状态和微观金相组织分析,详细讨论分析了引起淬火裂纹的原因;并从分析结果出发,提出采用亚温淬火工艺解决零件的淬火裂纹问题,并进行了亚温淬火工艺研究。结果表明:零件出现的热处理裂纹为淬透性裂纹,其原因是淬火过程中,内孔冷却速度慢造成残余拉应力大于材料的抗拉强度;27SiMn钢采用亚温淬火工艺,在不降低钢的综合力学性能的情况下,可有效消除淬火裂纹,降低能耗,延长热处理设备的寿命。 The reason of heat treatment crack for parts in the process of quenching was analyzed by chemical composition analysis,macro and micro metallographic of heat treatment crack.And on the basis of the analysis of the results,the sub-temperature quenching process to solve the problem of parts quenching crack was put forward and was investigated.The results show that the crack is quenching crack,the reason of crack is due to the cooling rate is slow in the inner hole,which can lead to the residual stress greater than the tensile strength.The sub-temperature quenching process which is applied in 27SiMn,without reducing the comprehensive mechanical properties,can effectively eliminate the quenching crack,reduce energy consumption,and prolong the worklife of heat treatment equipment.
