摘要
目的:采用显微激光拉曼光谱仪观测不同湿度及摩擦涂布对粘结剂渗入牙本质深度的研究。方法:选用24颗新鲜第三磨牙,随机均分为6组,去除牙合面釉质,在干燥和再湿润脱矿牙本质上分别进行非摩擦涂布(no rubbing action,NRA)、轻轻摩擦涂布(slight rubbing action,SRA)、加力摩擦涂布(vigorous rubbing action,VRA)各10s,光照10s后粘结Chrisma树脂。平行牙本质小管方向片切厚1mm的试件,并将其置于显微激光拉曼光谱仪中,在界面处,每5μm测量一个点,计算机自动记录拉曼光谱,根据所记录的谱线进行对比、分析。结果:湿润组SRA渗透深度最高,干燥组VRA渗透深度与其相当。结论:显微激光拉曼光谱仪是研究修复粘接界面的有效手段。干燥条件下,粘结剂加力摩擦涂布渗入牙本质的深度与湿润组轻轻、加力摩擦涂布相似。
ObjeCtive: To examine the depth of the adhesive with different moisture and rubbing action to dentin by Laser- Raman spectroscopy. Methods; 24 selected molars were divided into 6 groups. Superficial oeclusal flat den tin of the molars were exposed,Two coats of the adhesives were applied on either a dry (D) or rewetted surface (W) ,under no rubbing action (NRA), slight (SRA) or vigorous rubbing action (VRA). After light curing 10s, we bond the water--solubility capsules of Chrisma. Samples of adhesive-dentin were prepared and the penetration of ! , the adhesive into dentin in the interface was measured per 5 um at one point under Raman spectroscopy and the Ra man stratrum was automatically recorded. Results; In W groups, the penetration of the adhesive with SRA was the higthest. It was similar with VRA in D group. Conclusion: Laser-Raman microspectroscopy is a useful analytical technique for evaluation interface between dentin and luting cements. High depth can be obtained, under dry condi tions, when adhesive is vigorously agitated in the surface. Its depth is similar with the strength of vigorous rubbing action and slight rubbing action in wet groups;
