护理实习生对护士角色认同程度的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解护理实习生对护士角色的认同情况,从而为护理实践教学及专业发展提出建议。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对甘肃及宁夏六所三级甲等医院的400名护理本科、高职实习生进行护士角色认同程度的调查。结果护理实习生的护士角色认同程度得分为2.89±0.392,高职护生在技能和沟通交流方面的得分高于本科生;城市、县城学生的满意度得分高于农村学生;自愿选择护理专业的护生在技能、沟通交流方面得分高于服从专业分配的学生;家长持支持态度的护生在技能、沟通能力、灵活性方面的得分高于一般及反对者,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理实习生的护士角色认同程度达到中等水平,护生学历、志愿选择、生源、家长态度,对护士角色认同均有不同程度影响。 Objective Understanding of the role of nurses nursing intern identity, and thereby for the practice of nursing education and professional development recommendations. Methods A questionnaire survey method, Gansu and Ningxia six hospitals of 400 nursing undergraduate, vocational nurses, interns investigate the degree of role identity. Results Role of nurses in nursing interns level of acceptance score of 2.89 -+ 0. 392, vocational nursing students to communicate in terms of skills and higher scores than undergradu- ates; cities, counties student satisfaction scores than rural students; voluntary choice of professional nursing care born in skills, commu- nication scores than students assigned to obey professional; parents supportive of nursing students in terms of skills, communication skills, flexibility and opponents to score higher than normal, there is statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing intern role of nurses agree to an extent that middle level, degree nursing students, voluntary choice, students, parents attitudes, role identity of nurses in varying degrees.
