凝固末端电磁搅拌对钢管组织性能影响研究

摘要 针对宝钢电炉圆方坯连铸机末端电磁搅拌设备的投入使用,结合钢水浇铸的过热度、拉速以及二冷工艺,对比验证不同末端电磁搅拌工艺对连铸坯内部质量以及轧制钢管后对成品钢管成分均匀性、组织以及性能的影响,结果表明,经过组合电磁搅拌的钢管成分均匀性明显优于未使用末端电磁搅拌的工艺,冶金效果较理想,对钢管微观组织性能改善起到良好作用。 An F-EMS (final electromagnetic stirring) device has been used on a round billet caster at Baosteel. Based on the application results of the F-EMS device as well as the molten steel superheat during casting, the casting speed and the secondary cooling process, this paper compared and determined the effects of different F-EMS processes on the internal quality of continuously-cast billets and the composition uniformity, microstructure and performance of finished pipes. The results show that the combined F-EMS process has good metallurgical effects and can significantly improve the composition uniformity, microstructure and performance of steel pipes.
