冷轧带钢针孔在线检测系统设计与应用

摘要 介绍一套基于光电检测技术的冷轧薄带钢针孔在线检测系统,该系统可有效识别直径≥15μm的针孔。高亮度LED光源照射在带钢上表面,光电接收器对透过针孔的光线进行汇聚,再被光电倍增管接收,转化为电信号,信号处理电路对电信号进行识别分类,最终由采集卡采集;边部针孔检测模块对边部进行精确跟踪和遮挡,保证系统在趋零盲区情形下实现边部针孔检测。运行证明,系统具有较高的实时性、可靠性和精确性。 An online pinhole inspection system for cold rolled steel strips based on photoelectric inspection technology was introduced. This system can accurately detect micro pinholes with a diameter no less than 15 μm. The design of the system is as follows:super bright LED lights send light on strip surface all the time; the light passing through pinholes is received and amplified by a photoelectric receiver, and then converted by a photomultiplier into electric signals, which are recognized and classified by a signal processing circuit later and collected by a signal acquisition card ; a detector for pinholes on the edge of strips accurately tracks and shields the strip edge so that detection of pinholes on strip edge can be achieved with a small-size blind spot. Operation practice has proved that the system has good real-time performance, high reliability and high accuracy.
