An Analysis on the Complications Induced by PTCD

目的 分析经皮经肝胆管引流术（PTCD）术后相关并发症的原因及处理措施.方法 选择2012年6月～2013年6月在我院治疗的50例PTCD患者,对其术后产生的并发症进行分析,并探讨术后的处理措施.结果 并发症发生率26％.其中胆道感染发生率6％;胆道出血发生率4％;胆汁漏、胆汁性腹膜炎发生率4％;引流管阻塞、移位发生率8％;胆汁自引流管皮肤处渗出发生率8％.结论 通过总结分析,力求进一步降低PTCD术后并发症,提高患者的生存质量.

Abstract： Objective To investigate the causes and treatment of the complications induced by PTCD. Methods From June 2012 to June 2013 ,fifty patients treated with PTCD in our hospital were involved. The complications after the operation and the treatments were analyzed. Results The incidence of complications was 26%. Including the biliary tract infection （6%） ; biliary tract bleeding （4%） ; bile leakage and biliary peritonitis （4%） ; drainage tube obstruction and shift （ 8% ） ; bile drainage tube skin from leaking rate 8% Conclusion Through the analysis, in order to further reduce the postoperative complications of PTCD,improve the quality of life of patients.
