大学生“梦想需求”激励机制的课堂探索

Classroom Exploration on Incentive Mechanism of Undergraduates' Dream Needs

运用现代激励理论,鼓励不同层次大学生的"梦想需求",使我们每个大学生都有自己的中国梦,是我们教育工作者应该探索的问题。本文以如何建立大学生的"梦想需求"激励机制为目标,分析面对各类大学生不同层次的"梦想需求",探索怎样建立与学生"梦想需求"发展环境相适应的政策与措施,充分利用现有的课堂教学资源,因地制宜地建立满足不同"梦想需求"层次的激励措施。

It is the educators＇ work to encourage undergraduates with diverse family and education background to develop hierarchy needs of dream and possesses their own Chinese dreams by the employment of modern incentive mechanism theory.This paper aims at establishing incentive mechanism of undergraduates＇ dream needs.In the article,we analyze hierarch of undergraduates＇ dream needs and explore how to build up policies and measures suitable with development environment of undergraduates＇ dream needs.Thus finally we could put forward incentive measures satisfying hierarch of undergraduates＇ dream needs accordingly with making fully utilize of current classroom teaching resources.
