自20世纪90年代科教兴国战略实施以来,我国经济、社会和科技均取得了长足发展,充分证明了"科教兴国"战略实施的有效性与重要性。作为科教兴国战略中的基础性环节,高等教育的重要地位毋庸置疑。本文从高等教育的三大职能出发探讨了在科教兴国战略下高等教育的重要作用及其变革。

Since the 1990s,since the implementation of technology and education strategy,China＇s economic,social and technological have made considerable progress,and fully proved that the validity and importance of ＂education＂ strategy.As the basic session of education strategy,the role of higher education is important.This paper from the three major functions of higher education in the education strategy,discussed the important role of higher education and its reform.
