摘要
教学质量是教学成功之魂。没有质量的教学是盲目的,是对教学资源的巨大浪费。提高教学质量是教学成功实施的基石。如何提高教学质量是每个教学管理者和教师在工作中最关心的问题。本文从对教学质量的认识谈起,讨论了提高教学质量的条件和动因,教学监督和教学质量的关系:教学监督必须从内、外两个方面,即从内化教师的质量意识,强化外在制度入手,才能有效保障教学的顺利实施。
Teaching quality is the soul of teaching success. Teaching without quality is blind, is a huge waste of teaching re- sources. Improve the quality of teaching is the cornerstone of the successful implementation of teaching. How to improve the quality of teaching is teaching administrators and teachers in each of the work of the most concern. This article talked about understanding of the quality of teaching, discussed the conditions and motivation to improve teaching quality, supervision and teaching quality teaching relationship: teaching supervision must be inside and outside the two aspects, namely, start from the inside of the teachers' quality consciousness, strengthening the outside system, in order to effectively safeguard the smooth implementation of teaching.
