农民工城市社会适应的微观浅析

Micro-analysis on the Social Adjustment of Migrant Workers in City

农民工由于宏观国家政策、微观自身认知等各种因素而不能实现城市的社会适应,成为游离于城市和农村间的"边缘人"。本文通过个案研究,从城乡的文化差异和农民工自身认知方面出发,探讨农民工在经济收入之外的深层诉求,认为城市社会的各方面包容及接纳是农民工城市适应的必要条件。

Because of the government policy and self-perception,the migrant workers cannot achieve the social adjustment and become the marginal men dissociating between town and country.This paper through case studies,from cultural differences of urban and rural and migrant workers＇ own cognitive aspects,explores migrant workers＇ deep aspirations beyond the economic income,and thinks that urban social inclusion and acceptance of all aspects are the necessary conditions of migrant workers to adapt to the city.
