再生骨料混凝土空心砌块砌体的受剪性能

摘要 利用废弃混凝土加工成的再生骨料,制作了再生骨料取代率为85%的再生骨料混凝土空心砌块。通过受剪试件的受剪试验,以受剪强度作为评定指标,采用回归分析法,研究了再生骨料混凝土空心砌块砌体的受剪性能。结果表明,再生骨料混凝土空心砌块砌体的受剪性能和普通混凝土空心砌块砌体的受剪性能基本相同,在剪力作用下发生了通缝剪切破坏,砌块的强度对受剪砌体的通缝受剪强度影响不大,受剪砌体的受剪强度随砂浆强度的增加而增大。再生骨料混凝土空心砌块砌体受剪强度平均值的计算公式经修正后为fv,m=0.040 f槡2。 This paper engaged in the hollow block with recycled aggregate concrete derived from waste concrete. The shearing strength of hollow block masonry with recycled aggregate concrete by shear test is considered as evaluation indexes. The shear behavior of hollow block masonry with recycled aggregates concrete were studied by regression analysis. The result showed that, the shear failure process of hollow block masonry with recycled aggregate concrete was similar to that of hollow block masonry with ordinary concrete, thus they were destroyed in the joint of the block. The shear strength of the masonry was affected by the strength of cement mortar. The average shear strength value calculation formula of hollow block masonry with recycled aggregate concrete revised for fv,m=0.040√f2.
