摘要
以煅烧的电石渣、铝盐和硅酸盐为基本原料,采用正交试验设计,以浊度、COD Cr去除率为指标,研究了聚合硅酸硫酸钙铝混凝剂的制备工艺条件。实验结果表明,最佳制备工艺条件是,pH值为2、熟化时间为6 h、Al/Si物质的量比为0.8、Ca/Si物质的量比为0.5、SiO2质量百分数为6%、缩聚反应时间1 h,在此条件下制得的复合混凝剂对浊度、COD Cr去除率均在90%以上。
The preparation process conditions of the polymeric silicate sulphate calcium aluminum coagulants was researched with the burnt carbide slag, aluminum sulphate and silicate as the basic raw material, adopt orthogonal experiment design, turbidity and CODcr removal rate as index. The experimental results show that the optimum preparation conditions is pH = 2, maturing time is 6 h, AL/Si mole ratio is 0.8, Ca/Si mole ratio is 0.5, SiO2 quality percentage is 6% ,condensation reaction time of 1 h. The turbidity and CODcr removal rate were over 90% with this coagulant under the optimum preparating condition.
