Study on Scheduling Problem for Knowledge Workers Considering Fairness Preference

摘要 在考虑员工公平偏好的情境下,对项目型知识员工调度问题进行了研究。依据公平偏好理论的思想,以项目延迟成本最小化和全体知识员工公平效用值最大化为目标,构建了考虑公平偏好的知识员工调度的多目标优化模型,并运用遗传算法对建立的模型进行求解从而得到调度结果。最后,实例分析表明了模型的可行性和算法的有效性。 The scheduling problem of project-based knowledge workers is studied, considering employees' preferences on fairness in scheduling. In order to solve the problem, a multi-purpose optimization model of knowledge workers scheduling is constructed with consideration Of scheduling faimess. The minimization of project delay cost and the maximization of fairness utility value of all knowledge workers are taken as the object. Genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the model. Finally,a numerical example is given to prove that the model can be applied to re- al world problems, with the algorithm working effectively.
