摘要
对战略创业的理论发展和实证研究的最新成果进行了系统总结和回顾。首先评述了战略创业的概念、内涵及理论模型,然后重点梳理和分析了资源管理、战略网络、价值创造三大战略创业主题下的实证文章,最后在剖析现有文献不足的基础上指出未来研究的方向。
The theory development and empirical research of strategy entrepreneurship is systematically summarized and reviewed. First, the concept, connotation and theoretical models of strategic entrepreneurship are explained. Then empirical research of major themes in this field is reviewed,including resource management, strategic networks, value creation. Finally, the limitation of existing literature and future researeh direction is proposed.
