摘要
为了实现区域物流网络的整体、动态、多层次性优化,综合考虑区域物流网络运输、仓储、作业成本,以及对区域经济的拉动作用,构建基于经济诱发效应的多成本混合结构物流网络综合优化的双层规划模型.上层解决区域物流宏观规划问题,从规模、结构和布局的角度控制区域物流网络的总体优化;下层为物流链配流问题,即物流链分配.将贪心法与遗传算法相结合对优化的双层规划模型进行求解.采用Delphi软件平台和SQL Server数据库实现二次开发,构建基于经济诱发效应区域物流网络优化平台,以苏南高速公路物流网络优化为例进行实证分析,证明其优化效果显著.
To achieve the overall, dynamic and multi-level optimization of regional logistics network, on overall consideration of the transportation, warehousing and operating costs of regional logistics network and its driving effect on regional economy, the bi-level programming model of integrated optimization of multi-cost hybrid architecture logistics network (including logistics nodes and logistics channels) based on economic induction effect is built. On upper level, the optimization problem of regional logistics network is resolved, namely, the program design of decision-makers. The overall optimization of regional logistics network is controlled in terms of its scale, structure and location. The lower level is the assignment problem of logistics chain, namely the distribution of logistics chain. The genetic algorithm and the greedy method are combined to solve the bi-level programming model of regional logistics network optimization. The Delphi software platform and SQL Server database are adopted to achieve the secondary development, the simulation platform of optimization of regional logistics network based on economic induction effect is built. The example of the optimization of logistics network of expressway in Southern Jiangsu province is taken to do the empirical analysis. The optimization results are proved to be obvious.
