基于解调技术的喷泵空化特征提取方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对喷水推进泵实船空化测量,捕捉了喷水推进泵在不同工况下的进口水声信号和壳体振动信号,对其空化调制特征进行了研究.结果表明:(1)喷水推进泵的空化受其叶频及其倍叶频调制;(2)随着空化强度的增加,喷水推进泵的调制特征量的变化与声压规律曲线一致,即满足先上升后下降的趋势.据此,可以利用调制特征对喷水推进泵的空化进行实时监测. The waterjet cavitation of a real ship is measured. At the different operation condition, the inlet of waterjet pump acoustic signals and vibration signals are obtained, also the cavitation modulation characteristic of waterjet is studied. The results of study are show that:①the waterjet cavitation is modulated by its blade frequency and double blade frequency; ②as the cavitation strength increasing,the modulation characteristic of waterjet is followed uniformity by sound pressure rule curve which is first rising and second dropping. On these grounds, the real time monitoring cavitation of waterjet can be carried through by modulation characteristic.
